The 1940's
Doctor Louis Pillemer, Ph.D, discovered Zymosan: a drug that acted as a catalyst to boost the immune system’s response to all types of illnesses— such as common colds, bacteria infections, and tumors.

1975
First tested among malignant cancer cells by Doctor Peter W. Mansell. Beta was injected in the skin and within 5 days, the cells were considerably reduced.
The 1980's
Doctor Joyce Czop found specific receptors that matched with the surface of the macrophage: the receptor site is a protein complex that exists in the entirety of a macrophage’s life cycle.
1985
Mice were exposed to lethal radiation during a U.S. Armed Forces test. Beta revealed its’ protection against radiation. A follow-up suggested beta will work against the harmful effects of chemotherapy.
1989

The 1990's
